Depth to back is 2411 +/- Land to be re-divided after accepted contract with restrictions to be a part of any contract. Re-division has to be approved by Planning and Zoning after accepted contract with final re-division map and restrictions to be signed off on before or at Act of Sale. Any map issued in advance of a contract would be the PROPOSED RE-DIVISION MAP ONLY AND NOT FOR LEGAL USE.
