Located on Old State Road just north of Georgetown and a short drive away from both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, these five building lots provide a great spot for building your family home in Delaware's coastal region. The lots range in size from three-quarters of an acre to an acre-and-a-half. They feature no Homeowners Association fees or builder tie-ins, but minimum deed restrictions are in place and include the prohibition of mobile homes and a minimum size of home that can be constructed on the property. You can find these lots by traveling on Route 113 North from Georgetown and turning right on Old State Road South.
