3 bedroom 2 bath would be a great setup for a couple looking for an office or someone willing to pay a little extra to have thier own private office and living space. Backyard is fenced. Location is walking distance from UNT and fry street. I have a pup thats fairly good with cats and loooves dogs. She barks abit and Im a little loud musically as a producer and singer but nothing gets into the office sound wise.
