Security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent. Residents pay for all utilities including trash, sewer, water and solar panel service 90 per service. Animals approved with pet fee and monthly pet rent. The following dog breeds and types, whether full or mixed, are prohibited: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics.
