It has a barber, subway, Goodlife fitness, Atb, Scotia bank, sobeys etc.We would prefer A working professional with a full time job/careerNon-Smokers (it just doesn’t fit our lifestyle)Non-drug users * Unfortunately we already have two pets, so just ours is what we will stick with :)In need of referencesMore about the Landlord you would be living with.I am very clean when it comes to the main floor and enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy, especially the kitchen as it is a very shared space :) I don’t keep dishes out and make sure to clean them on a daily basis. We enjoy music, board games, social gatherings, parks, hiking, biking, and love being active.
