We have tow bedrooms available for rent. The rent for the smaller room is $700 and the rent for the larger room is $800. We are looking for 2 roommates to share this 2nd floor apartment unit in West Haven, walking distance to UNH. You will have your own room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. All utilities are included in the rent. No smoking no pet allowed in the apartment. You must clean after use the kitchen and bath. Background check and reference required. 2 month security deposit at the time of signing of the lease, first month rent when move in.
