Your rental fee includes water/trash services, and electricity is individually metered so you may choose your own electrical service, as well as internet and cable providers. Parking is reserved, one space per unit, with additional street parking and marked visitor parking. Pets are conditional, with a non-refundable 500.00 deposit, and the lease deposit is one month's rent, which includes a 250.00 cleaning fee that will be deducted from the deposit at lease end.
