Shared living/roommate for rent

Looking for a female roommate to sublet my room to. Available March 1st. Long-term stays only. $1450 per month + utilities included We are in Washington Heights, a 1-minute walk from 168th Street subway station (A express, C, 1 train). From us, it takes you 15-20 min to get to Columbus Circle and 30-35 min to Chelsea. Our building is located on a quiet residential street. There are Chipotle, KungFu Tea, Starbucks, Rite Aid, and grocery store two-minute walk away. Three-bedroom apartment, big living room. The room itself also has high ceilings, is spacious and sunny. There is a full bed, a big wall-size wardrobe, a bookshelf, and a drawer. We are Sofi and Mimi, digital make-up artists and engineer. 27 & 22 years old.Professional, fun, easy, and keep the space clean :) We love art, music, comedy, and books.
