The available room is the master bedroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The earlies move-in date will be July 22nd and first rent will be for August 1st. Apartment Details: Top floor, corner unit (more privacy, no upstairs neighbors, but no elevator) Room size: 13 ft 6 in by 13 ft 8 in, two closets (one walk-in), ensuite bathroom Dishwasher, in-unit laundry, patio space, central A/C, fireplace, garage space Complex Amenities: Saltwater pool, hot tub, 24/7 small gym, business center, clubhouse 5-minute walk to a park, nearby driving range and shopping center Easy access to the 15 freeway Rent Details: Base rent: $1467-$1567 (depending on what we agree is fair for both) No Security Deposit Needed!!!
