Currently I Am looking for One Adult room-mate, that is currently enlisted in the Military or is A Female-Occupant that is seeking-out to rent out a room that works a job full-time, with No Children, Has No Over-Night Guests, And Is an honest person that is sincere, truthful, respectful, tidy, clean, and is genuinely true to their word. Also ALL Animals that are looking to accompany The Prospective-Occupant will be taken into consideration before moving into The House as well. The Room is for rent for $1,350.00 A Month, A Flat-Even Rate That will be charged, required, and in a month to month format, No Lease Agreement will be available. No Utility-Bills Will Be Required To Be Paid Though BUT A Baccground Chec will be required prior to moving-in to the room. You Will have Your Own bathroom along with Your Own Bedroom like previously stated. The total-payment Required before moving into The House will be the first-month's rent, the last month's rent, and a security deposit along with the fee of the Baccground Chec Service too.
