Shared living/roommate for rent

Hi everyone! I'm Kevin and I'm looking for a new roommate. I've been living in the city for almost 2 years now with the same roommate. However, my current friend moved back home. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Despite being on the 5th floor without an elevator, the pricing is quite competitive for Hudson Yards. I would love to find someone to take the other room. Move-in is scheduled for as soon as possible after a credit check approval, but I'm flexible on the move-in date. A quick note: the living room will be cleared out as I currently have my work from home set up in the living room. A little about me: I'm 25 years old and have been living in the city for almost 2 years now. I work in finance and am typically out of the house Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm. I'm super easy-going, and all I ask is that you pick up after yourself. My roommate is one of my close friends, so we often hang out together, but if you prefer your own space and independence, that's totally fine with me too.
