It features freshly painted walls, hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living area, high ceilings, large windows for much-needed natural light, radiator heating, and recessed lighting. If you need more space or prefer to live alone, you have the option to rent this entire East Village apartment, which can be fully furnished for an additional fee. A nine-minute walk will get you to the nearby Target and Trader Joe's, as well as First Avenue station for the L train on the BMT Canarsie Line of the New York City Subway. For those that plan to commute via car, street parking is available.
