Utilities are $150 - $200 on average (Divided among 3 roommates) 6. Bedrooms are approximately 100 square feet with 9-foot high ceilings -- Ideal for a full size bed to fit comfortably with space for your home office. I'm clean, tidy, and professional, and the apartment is generally very quiet and kept clean at all times. We prefer to keep the apartment as a peaceful space, so no parties inside. The rooftop is a great spot if you're looking to entertain. Pets: A cute cat named Link lives with me.
