RIO VERDE IS A AGE-RESTRICTED 55+ RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY where 80% of the units must have one resident 55+ 20% can be less, but no kids under 18. The unit has a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size in the guest bedroom. Summer rate of $2, 000 per month doesn't include all utilities. The winter rate of $4500 per month includes all utilities, electric, water, sewer, Internet, cable TV, and trash removal. The tenant will have access to all amenities, including heated pool, spa, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts, card room, billards, hiking, biking, restaurant, post office, and church. The private golf courses are not included.
