This lot is one of the highest lots in the former Queens Gap development which is now called Great Sky. It is a gated community with paved roads and public water. This lot has INCREDIBLE western mountains view and in some spots depending on foliage across the road would have views to the east stretching as far as the eye can see. No severe restrictions with new POA and dues are currently only $600 annually. Electricity is to most of the lots but is not up to the top yet. Property Management company has indicated that due to a national transformer shortage the estimated completion time is unknown. However, once house plans for approved on a lot they will make every effort to expedite getting electrical to the building site.
