Awaiting the environmental reviewer's final comments, the seller is poised to progress swiftly. Following resolution, the environmental report will be meticulously drafted, with a 30-60 day circulation period. Subsequently, a planning commission hearing date will be secured, paving the way for City Council consideration. While the official timeline extends 6 months, a prudent approach suggests allowing an additional month for each phase, bringing the estimated duration to around 9 months.
