Prospective buyers must meet the eligibility rules under the City and County of Honolulus Affordable Housing Program, regulated by the Department of Planning and Permittings Affordable Housing Rules as of March 2019. The Flats residents will not have amenity access or use in the project. Parking is not included. One Parking may be purchased per Affordable Housing Unit for $38, 000.00.
