This is a rare and unique agricultural investment opportunity to purchase irrigated row cropland in the highly desired Santa Maria Valley area, known as a premier growing region of the Central California Coast. The property is located several miles south of Santa Maria off San Antonio Road and consists of 194.60+/- acres, including 155.50+/- net usable acres of level, irrigated farm ground and farmstead area. This ranch is situated in a highly productive growing region with an ideal cool coastal climate known for producing a variety of fresh vegetables and berries.
