Not only is this apartment close to commercial thoroughfares, but it is also ideally located near some of Manhattan's best public parks. A five-minute walk will get you to scenic Tompkins Square Park, which offers basketball and skate courts, open green space, and numerous sports fields. An ideal place for active individuals that prefer to ride a bicycle or walk, East Village is a pedestrian-friendly community with easy access to public transportation for those that commute. A ten-minute walk from the front door of this building will get you to Delancey St and Essex St stations for the J, Z trains of the New York City Subway. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date. For up-to-date prices, please enter your move-in, move-out dates and your furnishing option. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
