Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hi, My house was newly renovated in 2023. All new appliances including washer and dryer. There are 3 floors and an unfinished basement. The basement contains the washer / dryer unit. My new roommate would occupy the second floor that has a bedroom and a large private bathroom. I occupy the third floor and second floor office space. The whole space has new vinyl flooring and no carpet. There is a private outdoor area behind the house that has a lock and fence. Trash goes out the alley of that area to the street. Would love to get to know you and show you around so you can get a good idea of the space for rent.
