This is a small farm located in Sussex County, DE contains +/-5 acres with three-40x500 chicken houses, previously growing broilers for Mountaire, and a renovated mobile home. House #1 was destroyed by snow in the winter of 2010-2011 and then rebuilt around 2012-2013. Houses #2 and 3 are estimated to have been constructed in the 1980s or later. The three houses are equipped with Rotem computers, Choretime Equipment feeders, Agri Ventilation plus Val drinkers and 6 cooling pads.
