First, last and $2200 security required, before move-in. No payment plans will be made. Application and background check required for all adults over the age of 18. NON-REFUNDABLE Application fee of $85 per applicant. No subsidized assistance will be accepted. Monthly inspection by the owner when rent is due. Owner non-negotiable requirements: NO PETS. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THE PREMISES. Parking only in the garage - one vehicle, and in the driveway - 2 vehicles. No street parking, no parking on the grass. Small gatherings allowed in the backyard, no loud music after 10 PM. There is a well on the property, however no access allowed by the tenants. Meters are separate, tenant pays for all their own utilities. Water is Deltona Water; Power is Duke Energy. Spectrum Cable and Internet are available, tenants must set up their own accounts. Windows all have blinds, no curtains allowed. No wall mounting of TV, speakers, shelves etc. Wall decorations allowed, only with removable hanging strips. No holes. Stove, Microwave, Fridge, Washer and Dryer are already provided. (No dishwasher) Owner approval required for replacement. Air Filters are the responsibility of the tenant, must be changed monthly. Vehicle Maintenance or washing is not allowed on the premises. If your vehicle has oil or fluid leaks, clean-up and repair, including all cost will be tenant responsibility.
