Grand Central is about a 20-minute walk. *No guarantor or credit score required. (Security Deposit $2400) *International workers and students are welcome *Seeking someone who is committed to cleanliness, politeness, and quietness. *The leaseholder will clean the apartment floors with a robot vacuum daily.
