Cats and other pets considered, at additional charge of $25 monthly pet rent (limit 2).First Months rent deposit due with application. Remaining deposits of Last Months Rent and Full Month Security Deposit due within 3 business days if approved. Laundry is an electric powered condensing style vent-less system. These systems are designed to wash/dry smaller loads and are not designed for heavy usage.
