Living room has a large closet under the steps to the second floor, a pretty, artificial fireplace with built-in cabinets on both sides. There's a formal dining room with built-in cabinets on box sides of the box window. The kitchen has plenty of room to eat in and has a smooth top electric range. Tenants MUST provide their own kitchen appliances. Tenants responsible for gas and electric. The two bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and one has a ceiling fan. The bath has been updated with a newer vanity and has the original porcelain flooring. There is a side entrance off the driveway that leads to the basement where there is secure storage for the tenant along with laundry hookups. Tenant can have one space in the garage to park. The driveway can't be blocked. There is no smoking in the apartment. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit. Rent is $825 per month and the security deposit is the same.
