Please note that Broadview only allows service animals, and no pets are permitted in the building. Our building features 16 floors, including a basement level and a penthouse level. We offer Lease Protect as an alternative to a traditional security deposit, ranging from $199-$299. Standard security deposit options are 1x rent or 1.5x rent for conditional approvals. Applicants must have a gross income of 2.5x the rent and we accept various forms of proof of income, including pay stubs, F-1 visas, offer letters, tuition letters, child support, savings account statements, grants, government benefits, trust funds, and previous tax statements for self-employed individuals. Occupancy limits are set at a maximum of two people for studios and three people for one-bedroom apartments.
