Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I am looking for someone to take the second room in a 2 Bed, 1.5 Bath apartment where I currently live. My current roommate is moving out and I'd like to stay another year with a new roommate. We each have our own bedroom, and we share the bathroom and small half-bath. The apartment is 2 stories. Downstairs there is the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and small half-bath. Upstairs is the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Parking is included (1 spot for each of us, as well as some visitor parking) in the lot right outside. We have a very small fenced yard/patio, and the building has a deck area. It's a nice neighborhood and is convenient to many places. $900/month includes the $850 for rent and $50 fee covering parking, water, trash. We have washer/dryer in the unit. Pets are allowed, but we will just need to make sure yours get along with my dog. I'm more than happy to adjust shared spaces based on both our preferences and needs.
