Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

The room is large and has a nice closet. It also has a shared (but not attached) bathroom, but the other roommate that shares it travels a lot for work. There is also another half bathroom that we rarely use. Rent is $2,020 and the move in date would be September 1st. Rent and move in date are flexible. No security deposit. Utilities are covered except internet. There is in unit washer and dryer. Pool and ping pong table. And the apartment is also close to Alta Plaza Park.
