Roughly defined as 63rd Street from Oak to Troost, residents can enjoy a bakery, multiple restaurants, a brewery, a gym, and more! "Old Brookside" is only a few blocks to the west and it is home to many more restaurants, bars, banks, auto service centers, and so on. Our residents love the fact that they really never need to leave the area unless they want to! Tenants at this location pay gas and electric service.
