Hello everyone! I am looking for a new roommate (female) to renew a lease with me starting August 8 located in Chamblee near Oglethorpe University and Mercer University Atlanta campus. Room details: 1b/1ba available in a 2b/2ba unit. The unit (unfurnished) available has bathroom attached to bedroom. In unit laundry. Indoor walkup. Large closet, patio space, great amenities (updated gym, rooftop outdoor lounge, pet park, pool, grill area). Parking: parking garage w EV parking spots available. Since living here rent and utilities combined have not exceeded $1150. In terms of application and approval we need to make 2.5x rent combined.
