Overview

Large, bright, fully furnished daylight basement bedroom, with sitting area and work-from-home space, plus separate entry access, in large Rose Hill area house. Includes a private, full-sized bathroom inside the room, and a large clothes closet. Well-equipped kitchen is shared with single home-owner, includes gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Roommate will have access to use washer/dryer 1x per week. Owner offers 1-month trial lease, with the idea that it will be extended 3-months at time thereafter. Roommate must be able to pass a credit and background check. Keycheck screening fee is $40. $29 fee to cover first month accidental damage insurance. Refundable damage deposit is $500.
