Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I am currently living in a 3bd1bath apartment on the UWS and am looking for two female roommates as my two current roommates are leaving the apartment in July at the end of our lease! The rent would be around $1,500 and there is laundry in-unit, no broker fee. I already have the WiFi set up, and we would need to pay for that plus utilities monthly based on our usage. This apartment is a walk-up, but sits between the beautiful Central Park and Riverside Park, and is just a short walk away. There is a CVS, Duane Reade, so many restaurants, libraries, the CU campus, and the 123 and ACE train just a short walk away.
