Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Subleasing my room in turtle bay off 46/2 for up to a year starting early July. Very spacious bedroom in a loft. Has an AC unit in the room and stairs that lead to it. The apt is MASSIVE. Tons of closet space, HUGE living room, dishwasher and high ceilings. There's two other guys who live here as well. They are both in their mid 20s, very chill, and super nice people. The building also has a doorman, laundry room on every floor, a sick rooftop that's open 24/7, 3 elevators, and all in a great location.
