This 21.32 acre parcel is the perfect sampling of everything that makes Chihuahua Valley, Warner Springs, absolutely magical. Chihuahua Valley is this backcountry Shangri-la, nestled up in the mountains of San Diego County at about 4200 feet in elevation.
