There is coin-operated laundry and 2 off-street parking spaces in the back. Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for electric and $200 per month towards water, sewer, and gas. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted.
