Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hi, I am looking for a roommate. This is a two-bedroom corner unit apartment that locates in a high-rise building on the 15th floor in Falls Church, VA. Plenty of windows and sunlight throughout the day; so much so that you may have to wear sunglasses inside. I've already furnished the common area so you don't have to. You will also have your own bathroom. Your portion of the rent would be $1450 + utilities. Parking would be an extra $100 if you have a car. Ideal start date: June 2024, I can work with you if you want to move in earlier. The lease ends on 6/30/2025. Some apartment amenities include: free gym membership at OneLife Fitness (across the street), bowling alley, arcade games, art studio, VR room, etc. A little bit about myself: I'm a young professional working in finance. I have two cats. I like to keep the place clean, and I am pretty sociable. Hopefully we can become friends.
