Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Three recent UofG Grads looking for a roommate (**female preferred**) **Room for rent in basement **Semi-detached house **2 bathrooms - basement bathroom will be yours (shared with one other person) **Laundry in-house **Spacious back deck with table and BBQ **We have furnished the living room and the kitchen has ample storage for your appliances/kitchen gadgets **Safe and family-oriented neighbourhood TTC stops at top of street (Queen) and we are 5 mins from groceries and other food places like Subway/Tim's/McDonalds/Pizza. 20 min TTC ride to get right downtown. The three of us are pursuing higher education or working full-time but we still like to go out or have some drinks on a Friday night! We have a senior cat (named Maybe). She is super friendly and a big lap cat! However, she is not exposed to other cats so we ask you have no pets.
