You enter the unit through the dining area which seats 4. To the left is the newly renovated kitchen, perfect for long-term or short-term rentals. Off of the kitchen is the living area which features a modern design and a TV. The bedroom walls are painted a neutral cream color with contrasting tan moldings. Space also embodies the June' standard of high-quality furnishings and unique accents including elements like floor plants, accent rugs, and art. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them.
