Furnished room currently available for rent. One block from South Seattle Community College. Bus 125 or H Line to downtown or Westwood Village. Rent is $850 including all utilities and internet. There will be a $30 non refundable background check. Please provide 2 month pay stubs as proof of income. Total move in: $850 (deposit) + $850 (1st month's rent) = $1,700. No shoes in the house please. No pets or couples. Sorry! No smoking inside the home, but you are free to smoke outside. Must be clean and pick up own mess. Out of respect for myself and the other 2 male tenants in the home, no partying or friends spending the night. Please keep noise level down after 10pm. Perfect for students and young professionals who needs a quiet place to stay. Rent is month to month.
