First month rent, last month rent, minimum security deposit of $1800 and $150 water deposit. Lawncare is included in the rent. Credit score over 600, no past evictions and proof of income to support the rent in the amount of $5325 per month. Application fee of $100 per applicant and $400 reservation fee is required before we start the application process. The application will not be processed with out the funds.
