The apartment is within an amenity building, and is fully furnished outside of the open room. The rooms are separated by the living room and kitchen. One room is toward the entrance while the other (my current bedroom) would be behind the living room. My current bedroom has a private "his and hers" bathroom with shower. Rent will be $2650 for my bedroom ($5200 total).
