This bright and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartment spans nearly 2,000 sq ft and includes an additional 800 sq ft custom-designed private garden oasis with a grill. This unit features high ceilings, walnut floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The main and guest bathrooms are equipped with soaking tubs, rain-showers, and custom cabinetry. The spacious, private garden with it's plants and shrubs, including bamboo, promotes the inclusion of softening elements to inspire energy flow in this unique urban dwelling. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, this triplex is a short distance from the hub of the Broadway Theater District, with a variety of dining and transportation nearby. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
