Also a super social kitchen/dining, that opens to a living room, making a really comfortable and airy hang-out space. Half a block from the L and a few more from the M trains (Union Square 20 mins away!) The apartment has two full bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one with morning light and the other with evening light - whichever you prefer). One room has an additional comfy pull-out sofa for 2 extra guests, and then there's a smaller single bedroom (max 7 people). In the middle you'll find an open kitchen, dining, living area - great for hanging out with friends, and also lots of light from the above skylight. --- Room Configuration: - Primary Bedroom: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed (located in Bedroom 2's sitting area) - Bedroom 3: 1 single bed Amenities: - Remote-work friendly properties including: 300+ mbps WiFi throughout the property, workstations with ergonomic chairs, high-definition monitor with integrated docking station, and wireless keyboard and mouse. - The concierge team is available 24/7 to assist you with scheduling Rove's housekeeping services, maintenance, and local recommendations. - Fully-stocked chef's kitchen, Nespresso machines, luxury linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. - TVs are powered by Roku with included access to Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+. - Family friendly properties. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Please note that the minimum stay is 30 nights (31 days).
