If you work from home, this home has the perfect space on the left as you enter. The formal dining room has a large dining room table that seats six that will remain. The living room is open and allows plenty of sunshine to come through and the crystal ball decor on living room windows will remain. The fireplace is for decoration only and cannot be used. Trash pick up is included with the rent. Detached garage is private and not for tenant use. Pets are negotiable on a case by case basis. Pets/animals have additional screening through a third party application $30 per animal, no charge for service/ support animals. Pet fee is determined by score on pet application ($300, $400, or $500) WE DO NOT RENT SIGHT-UNSEEN, NO FACETIME OR SKYPING ALLOWED.
