Looking for a roommate to share this apartment with. Building is non-smoking. Unit is located on ground floor of building. I'll be moving in on July 1st. Currently live in the building in a similar unit. New unit is newly renovated. Rent will cover the use of electricity and internet & any streaming services I currently have. I have a small and friendly dog that will be coming with me Aswell. Unit has a dining room, living room, 3 closets, newly renovated kitchen with new appliances, and the bathroom will be shared. Located on Yonge street about a 10 minute walk to Lawrence station for easy travel. Lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants in the area. First and last month's rent required.
