Our court yard building has an outdoor green area for you to enjoy. It is located on a quite tree lined street right around the corner from all the things Edgwater/Rogers Park has to offer. Our Building engineer lives on site in case you ever need him.

The unit faces south offering great natural light. The unit has Hardwood floors throughout. There is a Window in every room including the bathroom. If you open your blinds you will be amazed on how much natural light comes in and aluminates the apartment. The apartment lay out offers great privacy. The bed room is on one side of the unit while the eat in kitchen is on the other side.

The Kitchen is big enough for a Four person table and has a back porch to stand on. The living room and Walk in Closet are in the middle of the apartment.
