Overview

Beautiful, bright and open townhome in a great community with wonderful amenities. Our tenant will have two levels and two parking spaces, all the electronic gadgets imaginable and the latest in design of space. The main level is as open concept as it gets, with so much space for entertaining and parties -- living room, dining space, sitting/rec room and the gourmet kitchen flow seamlessly from one to the next. Huge windows in the front let in all the light you need, which bounces off the wood floors in every direction. Cathedral ceilings and a glass, modern-style chandelier over the dining space compete for attention with the built-in electric fireplace (which has many settings to choose from) and the sleek kitchen. An oversized farm-style sink has a pot-filler faucet and other cool features, while the window above overlooks the trees behind the home. Every appliance is stainless steel and probably smarter than us, and they are complements by a General Electric (GE) Smart Hood Hub that vents outside. That Hub has many applications like those of a computer, including access to the internet and other social media platforms plus the GE-Flavorly app, which guides you through over 800, 000 recipes with directions and tutorial videos that can automatically activate the range when its time to cook. Working from home??...you could work from the hood in the kitchen! The Hub also communicates with the Samsung smart refrigerator, access the four Ring security cameras and Ring security alarm system, and connect to Alexa, Apple, Samsung, and Google devices. Is your head spinning yet, or is your inner techie over-stimulated? Rounding out the kitchen features are a good-sized pantry and a built-in shelving unit for display or extra appliance space. We could go on and on about that kitchen, but lets move on to the large trex deck with vinyl rails and solar-paneled lighted post toppers, which floats above the back yard overlooking the trees and common area. Looking down from there you will see a fire pit and conversational space which was laid out by the landlord for quiet evenings, s'mores and conversation. Finally, the half bath for your guests is tucked away a few steps down from the main level for ultimate privacy, and itself features modern design and features (can someone say air hand dryer and bidet ?). If you ever even make it upstairs after taking in the first floor, you will find the two extra bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and a laundry closet with updated Samsung top-of-the-line front-loading washer/dryer units. The primary suite features vaulted ceilings, a ledge for architectural interest, an over-sized hardened metal ceiling fan and more large windows overlooking the woods (privacy!). There are two walk-in closets in this space. Talk about a spa-like bath experience...enter the ensuite through a barn-style door. Two bowl sinks and modern lighting sit above open shelving which you can spa up to your heart's desire with rolled up towels, baskets for toiletry storage, etc. Most amazing of all, an oversized, tiled walk-in shower will have you in heaven with a recessed frosted window for light and privacy and dual rainfall shower heads (plus the old-fashioned shower head with detachable spigot. The toilet has its own private space adjacent to a linen closet. Please note that the lease includes access to only the main and upper level; the basement is also leased along with the space within the backyard space. The other tenants access their unit by walking around the building and through the basement entrance, and the door between the two units is securely locked and only the landlord has a key.
