You will be able to view rocket launches from the private balcony as well! Just a bike ride to downtown Cocoa Beach. The restaurants and night life there is a lot of fun! There are also two great restaurants within two blocks of the building. First and last required. Would negotiate price based on length of stay. If full yearly rental is on the table, then furnishing is optional.
