Once in a lifetime, artsy-fartsy, 10 acre paradise for sale and it's within an Urban Service Area in Spring Hill, Iowa, giving it unlimited potential. I am a retired building contractor the barn structure was going to be my office and I was going to build a house outback and installed a sand filter system to accommodate both.
