Lease application required. $35 app fee per adults age 18 and older. Credit is a factor! Minimum 600 score with no derogatory credit such as: Collections, Liens, Repossessions, Charge-offs, Evictions, Judgments of any kind and no issues with DTE. Credit criteria also applies to Section 8 applicants and co-applicants. Income should equal or exceed 2.5 times the rent unless you have Section 8.
